Conversion rates aren’t just significant for e-commerce platforms; they hold value for anyone interested in the impact of their design ventures.
So, how much is that “fancy” data from the extra question really worth? Let’s say it helps the company rake in $200,000 because they know their customers better. In that case, sure, keep the question and deal with the clunkier form. But, from what we’ve seen, most times that “cool” info just gathers dust in some report and nobody does anything with it.
